The Fazi vineyard is situated on the sandy east coast of Corsica and is planted to the indigenous variety of Sciaccarellu as well as Merlot, Grenache and Cinsault. Established by Vincent Fazi in the 1970s, this vineyard produces only rosé wines.

Exactly what we’ve come to expect from this wine, zesty and fine, the 2024 release showing a more low toned, mineral focused personality. Yellow and pink grapefruit, persimmon and yellow fruits lead here, with a rocky, saline mineral core giving intensity and drive, finishing with a sorbet-esque cleansing quality. Easily sessionable with a modest alcohol of 11.5%, a gorgeous option for seafood and grilled vegetables, worthy of augmentation or focus on any rosé list.
