Bugey’s steep slopes raise particularly fresh and perfumed Gamay.  We’re pleased to introduce gorgeous Pét Nat rosé from this artisan cellar – smashable doesn’t begin to describe how much fun this one is to drink.  Made according to the Ancestral Method, it’s super generous and juicy with raspberry and cranberry flavours, though a brush of herbs and fruit tannin give it just enough seriousness, and ultimately light and refreshing, tipping in at only 10.5% alcohol. Superb summer park wine, or with its slight fruit sweetness a perfect pairing for spicy foods.
